Connectivity
At Copy IT we have
a team of specialised connectivity technicians trained in
all aspects of MFP connectivity and fault diagnosis. We have
specialised systems setup to allow us to remotely connect to
any users computer Mac or Windows allowing us to diagnose
and fix problems. Our technicians have worked in the
industry for many years gaining knowledge of sector specific
software.
For connected
products we will carry out if needed a pre-installation
check with your IT staff to ensure products suitability and
compatibility with your network. This is also intended to
minimise disruption when attaching multifunctional products
to networks. For smaller companies that do not yet have a
network in place; we can supply cabling and relevant
hardware.
On the date of
machine installation we configure the machine to your
network and also configure any software that you may
require. The connectivity of this machine is covered for 90
days. Thereafter we offer unlimited free telephone support.
We offer a separate connectivity contact which covers you
for all call out charges if the machine is not at fault.
